- 14:00 - 14:20 Kath Halfpenny and Catherine McManamon, University of Liverpool - "Read & Publish, Then & Now: Development of a Pragmatic Approach." Kathryn says this talk will be a "summary of the evaluation of transitional deals & renewals, focusing on how the University of Liverpool has developed a pragmatic approach to the proliferation of transitional agreements.

- 15:00 - 15:30 Julie Baldwin and Paul Cavanagh, University of Nottingham - "Transforming decision-making in the library: The University of Nottingham perspective on Read and Publish agreements." Paul says "Our talk is about UoN Libraries’ Read and Publish Group, a cross-team working group focusing on reviewing and operationalising TAs. The R&PG works to ensure value for money by managing costs, maximising access to content and widening publishing opportunities for authors."
